About Us

Find Your Path was created from firsthand experience. Growing up in a community where educational opportunities were limited and student success often felt out of reach, I saw the impact of this inequity every day.  In Cumberland County, only 29.3% of students are considered Graduation Ready in mathematics, with similarly low numbers in language arts, too many students are left behind without the support they need to thrive. I started this program to change that narrative. Find Your Path exists to give students the tools, guidance, and opportunities they need to rise above these barriers, discover their potential, and take control of their future. This program is not just about academics—it's about empowerment, access, and creating a path forward for those who’ve been told there isn’t one.
